Dr. Fooks, Associate Professor and Chief of the Division of General Urology, is a general urologist. He has expertise in all aspects of general urology and minimally invasive surgery for stone disease.  He has a busy clinical practice and sees patients in Morgantown and at the WVU Medicine Fairmont Gateway Clinic.
