Jane Lightfoot serves as the executive support for Dr. Louise Veselicky, AVP for Academic Affairs at the HSC.  She is responsible for handling correspondence, scheduling meetings and maintaining her calendar.  Jane is also executive support for Sandra Price, Risk Manager and Privacy Officer, and Jamie Parker, Assistant Risk Manager for the HSC.  Jane is responsible for maintaining the medical malpractice claims database and files, drafting and sending verifications of professional liability insurance coverage for WVU- and UHA-employed health-care providers, handling enrollment for the SOLE-based HIPAA training course, as well as numerous other day-to-day duties.  Jane also helps Carol Smith, HSC Executive Recruiter, by preparing itineraries, making hotel and dinner reservations, and ordering meals as needed for visiting executive position candidates.
