About Charles Barry
Dr. Charles Barry joined the Department of Anesthesiology in July of 2016, after completing his Regional and Acute Pain Fellowship at the University of Iowa School of Medicine. Dr. Barry earned his Doctorate from Marshall University in 2011. He completed his internship and residency at the Medical College of Georgia/Augusta University in 2015. He currently is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Anesthesiology. Dr. Barry is fellowship trained in regional and acute pain anesthesia and is an active member of the Regional Anesthesiology team. Dr. Barry is involved in the clinical teaching of residents in anesthesiology during their Regional Anesthesia Rotation.
