Claire was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and is a proud Ravens fan, despite being in Steelers territory! She commuted to Delaware and Pennsylvania constantly throughout high school and undergrad to train with her skating partner as competitors for U.S. Figure Skating in ice dance, and even continued to compete and perform for WVU Figure Skating early in med school. She spent one year in after college conducting neuroimaging research in Bilbao, Spain and loves to travel. Other hobbies include cooking/baking, listening to nerdy podcasts, and working out.
