About Ahmad Hanif
My pharmacy background, teaching experience in the pharmaceutical industry setting, and my training during the graduate program in the Physiology and Pharmacology and the Basic Pharmaceutical Sciences departments make me particularly qualified to teach and effectively reach to PharmD students. I am experienced to teach pharmacology and the related physiology and pathophysiology. At the same time, my thirteen-year experience in pharmaceutical industry’s training and marketing departments both widened my expertise and sharpened my communication and presentation skills to more effectively deliver and interact with my students and peers alike. My research interests include investigating the protective role of augmented CYP epoxygenase-EETs pathway against cardiac ischemia, the associated changes in oxylipins, and the impact of these changes on cardiac functions
