About Joseph Capito
Hometown: Weirton, WV
Medical School: West Virginia University School of Medicine
What do you like best about being a Mountaineer: The feeling of community/comradery between West Virginians, be it in Morgantown or when meeting a complete stranger wearing a Flying WV anywhere in the world.
Why Family Medicine? It's a great field that allows you to be entrenched in the community, patients feel comfortable interacting with you in public settings, and there's an almost limitless amount of foci that you can incorporate into your practice.
Before Medical School: I studied Biochemistry here at WVU. Being from nearby, I've been a frequenter to Morgantown for most of my life for football and basketball games.
I enjoy: Socializing, enjoying craft beers, watching sports, playing with my cat, cooking, and drawing.
