What attracted me to WVU Residency?
Having attended WVU for medical school, I knew the surgery program had a strong reputation and their recent involvement with military training further solidified my decision to return to WVU. The growth of the hospital leading to the expansion of some of the surgical specialties was also very appealing.
What makes our program unique?
The family-like bond that we all share and the willingness everyone shows towards each other when someone needs help. Also, the broad variety of cases we get being the tertiary referral center for the region.
What do I like about Morgantown?
I like the college town feel with the ease of access to many great activities nearby; whether it be hiking, dining, concerts, shopping, or sporting events. There is always something to do for everyone in my family.
