About Angela Dyer
In her role at Health Affairs, Angela is responsible for working with the state to leverage data and support analytic and policy needs, conducting relevant policy and evaluation research, participating in interdisciplinary research and evaluation teams, and conducting associated data analysis and program evaluation activities. Her primary focus is activities associated with the State Opioid Response (SOR) grant via the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
With a seven-year background in evaluation, including state-based evaluations, Angela has helped manage an evaluation on the effectiveness of a single home visitation program model, led an evaluation on the delivery of a home visitation program model’s prenatal physical activity curriculum, and served as the evaluator for the State Targeted Response (STR) to the Opioid Crisis Grant. In addition, she has authored several publications on evaluation findings and has a diverse evaluation and research portfolio.
