What I like best about being a Mountaineer: Living in the mountains, hiking, being outdoors, and enjoying Morgantown overall.
Why Family Medicine? I chose Family Medicine because it really brings me joy and gives me meaning to have the opportunity to get to know my patients, care for them long term, and see the benefits our medical team has on their life. My wife and I plan to practice in a rural under-served area, and we’re looking forward to get the chance to help our current (and future) community!
Before Medical School: I decided I wanted to go into medicine during high school, and so I studied Biology and Chemistry at the University to Delaware and was lucky enough to be able to go to med school right after college. At different times during high school and college, I worked in a deli, worked on car stereos and electronics, worked as a handyman and landscaper, and pursued carpentry.
I enjoy: In my free time I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife, Molly, woodworking, gardening, and knitting.
