As part of the Health Affairs and Program Management leadership teams, Cindy oversees both the pre- and post-award contract activities for Health Affairs from an administrative aspect. She works on budget development and review, reviews of statements of work, and also manages interaction with WVU central administrative units.

Cindy has been with WVU since the beginning of her career. She started out in the Office of Sponsored Programs, managing proposal reviews and submissions. From there, she became a contract specialist, and as her position evolved even more, she took on a larger role with outreach and special projects, responsible for research, development, negotiation, and implementation of contracts associated with grants and cooperative agreements. Cindy’s expertise fills a critical role on the leadership team at the Office of Health Affairs.
