Leann is a program coordinator based in the Office of Health Affairs' Charleston office. She's currently working with the WV DHHR Bureau of Medical Services (BMS) as part of the Covid-19 Policy Evaluation and the Mountain Health Promise (MHP).

Prior to this role, Leann served as a grants consultant for nonprofit organizations and also served as harm reduction program coordinator for the WVU Clinical and Translational Science Institute community study on opioid use in rural counties. Leann brings her expertise with focus groups, survey design and grant writing to WVU from the Marshall University College of Information Technology and Engineering, where she held the position of faculty research assistant.
