In her role with the Office of Health Affairs, Megan serves as lead program evaluator for the Demonstration Pilot Project. In addition, she supports the State Opioid Response (SOR) program evaluation team as an embedded employee within the WV DHHR Bureau for Behavioral Health (BBH).  
 
Prior to joining the Office of Health Affairs, Megan was a sociology instructor and associate dean of behavioral and social sciences at Blue Ridge CTC. In this position, she oversaw program assessment for all academic areas in the behavioral and social sciences department.
