Why did you choose WVU?: The people! WVU was by far and away my favorite interview. It is also a fantastic program and I know that I will be well-prepared when I finish residency.

 
Brief bio: Frankie grew up in the Chicagoland area after living in Taiwan as a child. She graduated from Georgetown with a degree in Government, and after spending a few years working in the international relations field, decided that she wanted to change careers and become a doctor.  It has been a long 8 year journey, but she is thrilled to now be able to call herself a doctor at WVU!

When she is not at the hospital, she loves to hang out with her wonderful co-residents, spend quality time with her toddler, husband, and dog, and take advantage of all the beautiful scenery and nature that Morgantown has to offer. She is a big Star Wars fan (Eps IV-VI loyalist, Mandalorian enthusiast) and also loves to binge-watch bad action movies. Fun Fact: She has a twin who is an actress in Los Angeles!
