About Robert Snedegar
Hometown: Lewisburg, WV
Medical School: West Virginia University
What I like best about being a Mountaineer: I am most looking forward to joining the incredible Department of Family Medicine at the flagship university of my home state!
Why Family Medicine? I chose Family Medicine because there is no other discipline where you can deliver a baby, do a well-child visit, and round in a nursing home all in the same day. It is truly the broadest and most diverse field of medicine.
Before Medical School: Before medical school I was a member of my undergraduate cross country team and performed different types of community service in my home county (Greenbrier) such as Energy Express.
I enjoy: My hobbies include hiking with my dog Charlie and golfing (poorly)
